K9 Concepts

I had previously taken my puppy to classes by another provider but was very disappointed with their methods. I then went on to try K9 Concepts with trainer Sam, what a difference. Sam was a very clear, positive, friendly instructor who clearly loves her work. My puppy really enjoyed interacting safely with the other pups and has responded so well to commands.

The classes were affordable and very effective. They helped us bond and learn more about our dog. Our puppy is also calmer and responds well to the commands. We just finished the puppy training course and now looking to carry on with more classes just for fun

Sam came out the same evening regarding training my puppy which i greatly appreciated as i needed some professional advice and training for my 6 month old puppy. As soon as we meet Sam i could see a immediate change in my 6 month old puppy`s behaviour and how he was responding to Sam & then myself with the help of Sams expert advice and training , Sam gave some great advice and has really helped with my puppies training.

Sam is a fabulous trainer, knowledgeable, supportive and fun. She came to see us on the day we brought Arthur, our Parson Jack Russell Terrier puppy home and gave us so much good and caring advice, to help Arthur to settle in. We then had a follow up appointment a few weeks later, when Sam gave us lots of fun activities, which Arthur and I loved! I was able to ask so many questions and Sam always had an answer to reassure or inform. Thanks Sam, you're amazing!

I've used Sam for both training and walking with my black lab and couldn't recommend her enough! She clearly loves what she does and is really friendly and easy to talk to about any specific needs you may have.
