Can’t recommend this gym enough! It’s one of the best gyms I’ve been to and I’ve tried so many in England and abroad too. Damien is a sick teacher, who is a 2 x world champion and actually qualified to teach. He teaches you techniques that are applicable in realistic fight situations and it’s a breath of fresh air to see an instructor so dedicated to pass on his wealth of knowledge to his students. No other fight club compares to K-Star Legacy. Been at the club for nearly 6 years since opening. Damien is one of the greatest coaches for this sport so look nowhere else if you want to learn Muay Thai. Simon and Damon are also really good coaches and motivators. We all are a Kstar family.

K-Star Legacy is a great Muay Thai Boxing Gym! Both instructors are highly skilled and deliver the classes very well. I like that the instructors are keen to help you progress and are attentive to your own individual performance. Been training here for nearly 3 years, signing up was the best thing I did! Great gym with excellent instructors Damien and Damon. Full of great people who are always willing to help, made Good friends along the way and there’s always a great atmosphere in the gym!
