  • Katy kindly gave a "Desk Yoga" session for a charity event at work via Teams. It was run so professionally and everyone loved the session, we are now hoping to make it a regular feature! Would definitely recommend!

  • Katy is a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable lady who worked wonders for me pre and post london marathon 2021 when I needed some loosening up. Loved her use of cups and massaging techniques. We had a good old chat too which was really nice! Would definitely recommend!
