  • I've trained with Kyle for nearly 3 years now and I can't speak highly enough of him. He is a hard task master without falling into the shouty Sergeant Major category. He is always personable, fun, calm, prepared and ready to deliver for you. Critically, he is always thoughtful of your various injuries, sprains and strains and will work around them. I'm convinced he is one of the major reasons I'm still able to play competitive sport at my age. I would highly recommend him.

  • I’ve been training with Kyle for nearly 10 years and I can easily say that Kyle is the best trainer I’ve ever had . He’s always in a positive mood , he continually changes and modifies your program based on your progression or lack of it . He’s always very mindful of any injuries and completely tailors the program based on his client needs & moreover he’s just a bundle of energy and absolute delight to train with.
