Worst customer service. Today i went to visit as my 8 year old is intrested in maybe joining. Nobody was inside the facilities. Lady in reception was dealing with a customer. I waited 10 mins. I asked if we could be shown around. Was told no you can look through the window. I said how can my son see. I had to pick him up. But you cant see the trampolines as they are coverrd up. I asked about a viewing area. But was told previously people have overviewd so cannot be aloud up there. This ...

Awful. Took my son to the park for a treat and he was told I was not aloud to even walk him down to the trampoline even though he is very anxious and nervous of going alone. He has a small string bracket that is tight and is no harm to be caught on anything it is something that makes him feel comfortable so when the rude nasty lady at the reception told him to take it off and he said he couldn't as its been on for a long while her reply was well I have sisous cut it off making him very upset ...
