About Juliet Gallagher Yoga
uliet qualified at BodyMindLife in Sydney Australia and has since gone on to study under Sarah Lo, learning the philosophy and practice of Yin Yoga. She teaches Vinyasa and Yin Yoga styles and is accredited by Yoga Alliance USA/Aus. Juliet is a Level 3 Yin Yoga instructor. This is the highest award for Yin Yoga in the UK. Juliet is also a trained mainstream teacher, receiving her BA(Hons) from Royal Central School Speech and Drama and PGCE from Cardiff University. She is currently working towards her Masters in Education. Phew!
