Courses and classes

Tickets
Places are limited and subject to availability. We cannot guarantee your place until your place has been confirmed by us. Julia Elmore reserves the right to refuse an application for attendance.

Concessions are not available for courses and classes.

In the event of a course being full, please contact the organiser (Julia Elmore) to be added to a waiting list.

Attending the event

If you are late attending, you may not be admitted, or admitted only at an appropriate break-time if your admittance might disturb other participants.

Where your conduct is unacceptable (in the organiser’s reasonable opinion), we reserve the right to request that you leave the course or class. No refund of fees will be made. Julia Elmore shall not be responsible for loss or damage to your personal property brought into the class.

Cancellations, refunds and exchanges
If you are no longer able to attend a course or class which you have booked, you may cancel the booking and receive a refund provided that you give us sufficient notice.

If you cancel your course or class at least 48 hours before the start date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your course or class less than 48 hours before the start date, you will only receive a full refund if we resell your ticket. If we do not resell your ticket, no refund will be given.

To request a refund, please contact the organiser (Julia Elmore).

You may not resell or transfer your place on a course or class without the organiser's prior written consent.

The organiser reserves the right to:
• Reschedule courses and classes;
• Make alterations to the published details of a course or class; and/or
• Cancel a course or class.

In the event that a course or class is rescheduled or cancelled, we will attempt to give you as much notice as possible. Where a course or class is rescheduled, you will be given the option to either book a place on the rescheduled date or receive a full refund. In the case of cancellations, you will receive a full refund.

Please note that this policy applies to both in-person and online/ digital courses and classes.
