  • Jay has been instrumental in helping me gain confidence with lifting weights in the gym and learning the correct form. He is always pushing me to do my best and his motivational words and passion for exercise has helped me immensely. He is very accommodating and will try and work around your schedule as much as possible. He also provides me with nutritional guidance and keeps me accountable with monthly reviews and weekly check-ins. Highly recommend!
