  • Great teaching style - there's so much to tai chi & qi gong, learning new details & different aspects each week with Josh. Chilled out New Cross classes: a younger class than your traditional tai chi class, without the exclusion of olders. Learning yang 10-form currently, for any practitioners of longer forms: this is a version you can do in a room in your house, so is great to practice. For anyone who hasnt tried tai chi, or still thinks it is for the older generation: give this class a go!

  • Really enjoyable class - highly recommend, Josh is great teacher!

  • I first joined Josh's sessions with a friend who spoke highly of the classes. I hadn't considered Tai Chi before but wanted an alternative to yoga. Josh is an experienced facilitator: clear, encouraging and motivational. Great classes! Recommend to all!

  • Didn’t really know what to expect, but was looking for a form of exercise that wasn’t another session in the gym - came away feeling like I’d really achieved something. Josh is a great teacher - calm, encouraging and non-judgemental. Highly recommend!

  • I look forward to my sessions with Josh - I always come away feeling mentally calmer and physically lifted. Tai Chi is a wonderful way to rebalance yourself (in more ways than one!) and Josh is a sensitive and clued-up facilitator. I highly recommend!
