  • I've never been a regular gym goer, so it was a challenge starting in my 40s, but Josh has been amazing. Really down to earth guy, listened to my needs, started with the basics and came up with a plan to suit. I'm really enjoying it, and I never thought I'd say that about a gym.

  • Josh is a genuine, down to earth chap. I've been training with him 3 times a week for 9 months, going from 67kg to 83kg, gaining muscle mass and strength, through weight training and nutrition (I eat a plant based diet). Josh gives plenty of support, with regular updates to the plan. I've also had many enjoyable philosophical conversations with Josh.

  • I like to go to the gym to make progress but that wasn't really happening until I started working with Josh. He knows what I want to accomplish and keeps me on track.
