Johnston K9 Training

We’ve had a great experience with Johnston K9 so far. My dog and I started with one to one sessions with Gareth, who has been flexible, supportive and has helped a nervous dog and handler immensely. We have been attending your training school now for the past 4 weeks with our beautiful Leonberger Walter. Learnt so much already and Walter just loves attending. You are all so great at what you do with our fur babies and make it great fun too… Tonight was Christmas Party night. What fun we all had….never laughed so much while still learning different skills with all the games you arranged. I would highly recommend your classes to anyone. True professionals. We started 121 training with Gareth when our Boxer pup was around 4 months old (he’s now 14 months old). He’s expertise, knowledge & patience is second to none. He trained us too and gave us the confidence to train correctly. He went above and beyond to ensure we continued with our weekly training sessions, without him, Zulla and his continued support we’d still be struggling. Wow, I can't believe the difference just 7 weeks of training have made to my rescue beagle. Who says beagles are difficult to train? They obviously haven't met Gareth, Michelle and their team. So many people have commented on the difference in my dog. He's calm and walks to heel, listens and responds to commands, waits patiently, etc, etc. My thanks go to the whole team. We both look forward to our training sessions.

We have over twenty years been to many trainers with various dogs, and Gareth and his experienced team are by far the best. Our shy rescue dog's behaviour was transformed from a timid boy, who hid under the chairs, to a Kennel Club Gold Award winning dog. You are made most welcome; training is fun; Gareth, Michelle, Chris, Jamie, Nina and others are so helpful; training is indoors; we could not recommend them too highly.
