Qi Gong translates to ‘Energetic Mastery’. The practices taught are based within traditional Daoist systems of body, mind, spirit development and healing. As such these practices take a holistic view of the human being, seeking to grow all aspects of the person. The teachings are based in traditional teachings passed down through the school of ‘Lotus Nei Gong - Daoist school of the internal Arts’ and through my own internal exploration and practice.
