  • I really enjoy and look forward to my training with John…. Since going to him early this year , I have lost weight and got so much fitter! He is great at getting you motivated , what ever level of fitness you are. The sessions are hard work, different every time and you get the results you want and you have fun as well.

  • Would really recommend John. Have been training with him now for nearly a year. In that time I've lost just over 2 stone in weight and changed shape. His sessions are challengingoing. I look forward to my session each week. He has changed the way that I look at my training. His sessions are tailored to the individual he is training. I feel like I have achieved something when I walk out of the gym.
