I have been attending Johanna’s classes for almost 5 years, her knowledge and fun approach make the classes super enjoyable but also informative. Her vast experience means that she can modify and tailor the class to suit each individual, whether you suffer from an injury or pre/post natal. I highly recommend Johanna!
