Appalling service. Asked to fix and repair my fire alarm system at a hmo. Claimed he did it but months later a key aspect of fire proof cabling was not done leaving my house and tenants exposed. Then didn’t return to fix it and got a colleague to try do it. These very colleague criticised the work Jocasse carried out. Shocked that they can act like this. And they are still not trying to resolve matters.
Legal action will commence now.
