  • I have been working with James for about a year to rehab my knee after an operation. James’ sessions are always varied and he tailors them to how my knee is feeling on the day. I have seen great improvement and I would highly recommend him.

  • James is a fantastic PT. He offers coaching beyond your standard weights and encourages whole body movements to promote strength, muscle gain and weight loss. The variety of exercises covered makes the experience more interesting, enjoyable and sustainable. Even though I am not the most committed gym goer training with James has made me a lot stronger and the difference was noticeable quite quickly. His chat ain’t too bad either. 10/10 would recommend!

  • James is Incredible! It feels like he is a miracle worker. Although you are doing the work and putting in the time and effort it is still shocking when you get to your second test week and you are stronger than you would have believed possible. I've been so impressed with my progress, my strength has increased exponentially because he keeps the workouts fresh, fun but also stable and achievable.
