Jackie has been my trainer for nearly a year now and I have grown in strength and resilience over that period. The workouts she sets are always challenging and novel - both we ones we do together or in between our sessions. Jackie also has a good understanding of nutrition and physiology which have been really helpful. I recommend her 100% as a personal trainer.

I Absolutely love Jackie’s training sessions.
