  • Dan is one of the best coaches I've ever trained with (I've trained in about 10 gyms in UK and Ireland). His approach is quite unique and is based around not just drilling but doing. He also sets a high standard for a friendly, open gym, that trains safe but works hard.

  • I started my Jiu-Jitsu journey with Danny so have known him for a long time. If you want to learn from an approachable, down-to-earth, friendly human who also happens to have an excellent mind for jiu-jitsu then this is the place for you. Regardless of whether you're a beginner or experienced, you're jiu-jitsu will be guaranteed to develop training with Danny.

  • I had pleasure training with Dan at LFF for couple of years including a private class too. Dan is a great coach and his instruction is always detailed yet easy to follow. He’s experienced in teaching adult and kids classes and no doubt he will build something special with his new venture.

  • I would recommend Dan’s Gym (Jiu-Jitsu Social) to anyone interested in starting &/or looking for a place to train BJJ. Trying something new, especially a martial art can be quite intimidating but when I started, Dan made me feel instantly welcome and was calm, patient and an excellent teacher. Since then I haven’t looked back and have been obsessed with JJ ever since!

  • I’ve been training BJJ for 8 years and Dan is by far one of the best coaches I’ve ever trained with. Not only is his technical knowledge and teaching some of the best I’ve ever come across but he also creates an inclusive, friendly atmosphere where people feel safe to train and learn in a very positive environment. Whether you are a white belt or an experience practitioner I couldn’t recommend more. Oss 🤙
