What you will find on this website is a collection of experiences, proven techniques, knowledge, understanding, life stories and a whole lot of common sense that will make daily life easier and happier. You can also get a jolly good look into how others are doing it? Always interesting… A few words about the Jepeca programme. It is an evidence-based intervention created by Julianne Hadden, with 95% significant change for those that complete the six-session programme. We have worked with thousands of adults and young people in the real world (as a school intervention and privately) over the last decade, many I expect will go on to change the world, for the better. It has been a privilege. Now it’s time to bring that knowledge to the virtual world and help many more!
