  • If you are looking for a personal trainer look no further. Jenny makes exercising fun and motivating. She creates proffesional balanced workout routines which easily fit in with my busy life. Alongside the workouts she provides great advice with meal planning and lifestyle choices that really make a difference. They have made me feel more energetic and have certainly helped me lose weight and live a more healthy lifestyle. I definitely recomend to anyone who wishes to make some great changes....

  • Love training with Jenny She pushes you that bit more when you think you can't do anymore but not intimidating way she knows you've got it in you. Friendly so can be open with her and it's always a fun session

  • I am not an exercise lover but Jenny has really got me feeling comfortable exercising. I feel so much fitter, my weight is going down and my confidence is going up. She always varies the exercises and keeps things interesting. I enjoy my sessions with Jenny and most importantly she never makes me do burpees!!!!

  • I have never done anything like bootcamp before and Jenny has made it so easy to enjoy. Every session, Jenny finds different ways to motivate us and make it enjoyable. Everyone has different levels of fitness and Jenny aids to everyone’s capabilities. Jenny has given me the confidence to do exercises I would usually be too nervous to do and push myself to the best of my ability. After a few weeks I have seen the progress physically and mentally, highly recommend!!!

  • Jenny has been my PT for the last 5 months and I have also recently started attending both her weekly bootcamp sessions. I have seen real progression in my physical ability but also in my mental ability. Jenny pushes me to be a better, fitter and stronger version of myself whilst remaining positive and supportive!
