  • Jenny's boot camp training sessions are excellent. Each week the program is varied, so although many of the individual exercises are the same, the format is different which makes it far more interesting. She is very good at encouraging and motivating everyone to achieve their individual best and at managing a group of people of differing fitness levels. I always feel I have had a good workout and improved my stamina as well as building up my core strength. I would definitely recommend!
