  • I was a very experienced worker outer before falling pregnant but after a hiatus for the first trimester (gah) I felt completely unconfident to train when I got my energy back - I contacted a few people who apparently did pregnancy workouts to ask for advice but no one bothered to get back to me. But Jen did - not only did she discuss my goals and give me a steer, she also trained me for few sessions which gave me enough info that empowered me to work out safely alone.   • I would absolutely recommend Jenna, I wanted a personal trainer for a short period of time before my wedding and got exactly what I wanted.   • I trained with Jenna for 3 months as my first step back into weight training after being diagnosed with a prolapse. The difference I felt in strength and confidence in that short time was huge.
