I've been coming to jeeves ever since my first haircut at 6 months old and unfortunately I'm disappointed in the customer service and hair cut I've had today. Went in earlier on today to find out I had to book an appointment which is fair enough, booked in at 3pm. Came back at 3pm, let the guy know I had a appointment and waited whilst another gentleman who had come in without a appointment was seen to at 3pm!?. Love this place, have always brought my sons here for their hair since they were very young as they are all barber trained professionals. The staff are always friendly, helpful, funny and excellent at their jobs.
