Bought a used guitar from here, purchased online so hadn't seen it beforehand. I was delighted with it, it was as described, and if anything was in slightly better condition than I was expecting. Since bought a guitar multi-effects pedal from them, and I really cannot fault their service. Highly recommended.

The store was found online and I am glad I did. The live chat was answered very quickly (not my usual experience with other live chat facilities). All my questions were answered immediately and I was happy with the price. When the foot pedal arrived it was in great condition and well packaged. Very pleased to have found them and have signed up to their newsletter and referred my friends to them for future purchases. Good prices across the board (and a sale currently on!)

Nice store located at the back of Market Square opposite the big Sainsbury's. Friendly and helpful staff, and I got a decent price for my acoustic guitars, better than other guitar stores. Lots of different acoustics to choose and try, and very relaxed shop. Will definitely return, plus they do guitar set up and maintenance.

Visited today with a friend and picked up a few new picks and guitar strap. JD's has a great range of instruments, kit and accessories. The team is incredibly helpful and kind too, when we asked for suggestions on where we could locally pick up a cable adapter for a laptop, they went above and beyond for us. They had the exact cable we needed in the store, and allowed us to have it. We're incredibly grateful. Thank you!
