  • Jon has been my pt for a month now and I thought it was about time I wrote a review! Jon is my third pt and I have to say so far he has been the best. Previous personal trainers have either given me unrealistic goals and too high a workout regime or they have had me on the worst diet. Mostly sweet potato and rice.
