Would definitely recommend! Love my sessions with James and how private his gym is. I sometimes get a little conscious in a normal gym but not here :)

From start to finish James knew exactly what I wanted and was able to personalise a plan to fit my workout needs. Not only does he run a modern facility he also has the knowledge and expertise to know what to do and how to steer yourself to your personal fitness goals. Would 100% recommend to anyone that is wanting to start improving their fitness lifestyle.

Can't speak highly enough of James! His professionalism & attention to detail is fantastic. He has really transformed the way I train & I can safely say I am enjoying it. The set-up at the gym is also very good. Would definitely recommend!
