  • I trained with Jess for just over a year, and achieved things I never thought possible. I joined the gym to put on some weight and muscle, but my whole goal perception shifted on what I wanted to achieve, once we reached that initial goal quickly! She is the reason why I have fallen in love with weight training, with her support, knowledge, and passion, you will achieve the results you desire.
