  • If you are looking for some classes that will help you with your cardio, feel more energetic or lose weight, this is your place. I have been attending to the Jason’s kickboxing and box 4 fitness for over a year and thanks to him I feel stronger than ever. You will see a great improvement of your fitness in just a few weeks. Also, there is a great atmosphere in the gym and people from the different classes do social drinks once per month. Come and join us!

  • Jason is a great trainer and makes you feel at ease in his class. He has good encouragement and makes you want to improve every class. Each session is different, providing a range of fitness for all parts of the body which also makes it fun and exciting.

  • I have been training with Jason Orchard since early 2014 and highly value his knowledge, enthusiasm and encouragement in setting and working towards achieving my goals. Jason has tailored my sessions according to my needs incorporating a full range of activities including boxing, weight training, conditioning and general fitness. Each session is unique, varied and builds up in intensity to create the necessary adaption in your body for improvement. Highly recommended.
