  • Jason’s a fully qualified personal trainer. I have been having 1:1 ‘WhatsApp’ sessions since lockdown and personal training sessions at the gym before that. I’ve always found Jason to be professional, ready to tailor training for my requirements and capabilities. He gives clear and concise instructions and positive encouragement and feedback. His communication is always good and he’s always as flexible as he can be with session timings.
