We usually contact Roy when something has gone wrong, and are always pleased and impressed with his response. In a calm and professional way he will sort the problem as quickly as possible, and give sound advice to try to prevent future problems. Roy is one of a rare breed who clearly loves computers and genuinely knows the subject inside out. If you need help or advice with computers, IT, internet etc., look no further.
