James'S Drum Tuition

James is an excellent teacher who i would highly recommended to anyone. He teaches patiently, in a relaxed environment with varied lessons that are always fun and interesting. As a complete drumming novice he made me feel welcome and capable of learning to play the drums.

I couldn't recommend James highly enough for drum tuition. He has an excellent manner and his way of explaining and demonstrating things makes it very easy to understand and put into practice. I wasn't a total beginner when I started lessons with James, but I was self taught, and by no means an expert, and I wanted to learn everything properly from the ground up, and James has definitely done this for me.

I can't recommend James enough. From teaching my son as an absolute beginner he's now taking music as a GCSE. James has a brilliant manner about him; calm, patient, fun...but also pushes him outside of his comfort zone which means he's progressed very quickly. Most importantly however, James teaches my son the music that he wants to learn making it enjoyable and rewarding. Cheers James!

James is a great drum teacher who personalises the lesson to each pupil through music choice and ability. He ensures progression through regular recapping, challenge and fun (trading fills). My children look forward to their weekly lessons and always come away animated about their session. James has a calm, professional manner which inspires the children and he is accommodating to any changes needed to lesson times. I thoroughly recommend James to anyone wishing to learn drums.
