  • The last 12 weeks have gone so fast and I have enjoyed every session. Never did I think I would enjoy the gym as have always seen it as a chore. Each PT is fantastic and so supporting and encouraging, pushing you and making you realise you can do that little bit more. I’m so proud of myself and wish I had joined sooner.

  • Life changing! After initially being skeptical I finally decided to give the 30-day trial a go. Week one was tough, but by the end of week two I'd got the hang of things and started to look forward to the sessions as a way to de-stress at the end of a day at work.   • We signed up to the 30 Day Challenge aware that it was now or never regarding our future health and fitness! We have both really enjoyed the sessions so much so that we have now signed up to continue. A great team of friendly knowledgeable trainers helping us all the way.

  • Well...7 sessions in and I am (much to my surprise ) really enjoying every one. Being unfit, old and overweight I wasn't sure this would be the right environment for me, but the coaches are brilliant at adapting the training to suit all abilities. Regular contact is excellent, and I am confident I have found the right gym to sort my health and mobility out.

  • I was very nervous to attend my first session, what with not being a 'gym person' and being at my most unfit. In hindsight, I shouldn't have worried at all. All the trainers are so friendly, knowledgeable and encourage you to go at your own pace, but know when to make you work harder!
