  • I have known James for a long time and he is a genuine and caring guy. He is a fantastic PT and knows a lot about his field. I myself have attended his women's HIIT boxing classes and enjoyed them so much I recommend him to my bother as he wanted to get into shape.   • James is hands down the best PT that I have ever worked with. He's a great guy, great trainer and very passionate about what he does. He's extremely professional, dedicated and knowledgeable. I have a number of longstanding injuries from Tennis, but we have found many work around routines to ensure that I get the maximum out of our training. Can't recommend him highly enough!
