  • James is a truly qualified, knowledgeable, and friendly personal trainer. In an industry where it can be hard to find a personal trainer you can trust, as well as someone who can genuinely tailor themselves to your needs, James brings a wealth of experience to the table. Whatever your needs, he should be able to help. It’s been an absolute pleasure to work with him, and I do not plan to stop.

  • James has revolutionised my strength training. I have trained consistently for over 15 years and was relatively confident in the gym. James' expertise has taken my lifting to a new level. I am stronger, faster and more agile than I was when I was 18.
