  • I have been having guitar lessons virtually and in person from Jack for the last year or so. Having played guitar for 10 or so years I found I’d hit a rut. Since having lessons from Jack I have made big improvements to my playing and knowledge of music theory. He has a real enthusiasm for guitar and this makes his lessons interesting and engaging. Would definetly recommend.

  • I've benefited greatly from Jack's lessons, where I wanted to break into the scary subject of jazz theory! Apart from being a great player himself, Jack was able to start me from a basic understanding moving into more sophisticated concepts and applying that to my style of playing. Highly recommended!

  • Jack is an excellent guitar teacher. Not only does he teach you how to play the guitar, he also teaches you how to be a better musician. Through his knowledge and love for Jazz guitar he has taught me how to play better but also understand and appreciate jazz guitar even more. His lessons are always well thought out and the wealth of information he provides is excellent.

  • I've been having guitar lessons with Jack and I have to say it is such a lovely addition to my weekly routine. I find that online works easier for me as it means it doesn't take out as much time during the work day. Jack is still able to assist me in the way I play and how I sound the same as it would be in person. Somehow Jack makes music theory interesting and I really enjoy earning more about scales and the fret board. Now I have started to play my favourite songs and with this background...

  • Jack is a very talented musician and a wonderful tutor. His patience and willingness to provide supplemental training material has helped my playing improve in leaps and bounds. I would highly recommend that anyone wanting to pick up the guitar, or generally improve their playing and theoretical knowledge, reach out to Jack for lessons.
