Huge safeguarding concerns at this dance school and they should not be allowed to operate. The branch manager was incredibly rude and doesn't communicate with her staff atall. She constantly bills parents incorrect invoices and is regularly rude to parents. My personal concerns are that she failed to take my daughter's epilpesy medication (therefore meaning I was unable to leave her) and did not want to register her new medical needs after my daughter attending for 3 years.
