About Iyengar Yoga Solihull
IY(UK) organises an Iyengar yoga convention each year in a different UK location, where one or more senior guest teachers from the UK or abroad lead classes over a weekend. Click here for details of past and future Conventions. TEACHING AND TRAINING IY(UK) is responsible for maintaining standards of teaching of Iyengar yoga, and undertakes regular assessments and certification of those wishing to teach from Level 1 to Level 3. It also co-ordinates Professional Development days throughout the United Kingdom, to enable teachers to remain up to date and to help maintain the validity of their teaching certificates.
