  • Graham is Amazing s&c coach. I’ve been training for a full course Ironman which I competed in yesterday 24/7/22 doing the 2.4 mile swim,112 mile bike ride and 26.2mile marathon. I’ve been coached for this event on a plan and I can honestly say due to my training that doing the full course I felt stronger,fitter and faster over the 14hrs it took.
