Lovely building in Belgrave Square very large rooms for events Classical Music and Book Launches. The staff are friendly and the Centre is generous sometimes serving Risotto and Deserts with. Wine. Events are high class!

I have had EXCELLENT teaching here, but not BECAUSE of the Institute, DESPITE it. But dear me. Customer service is NON EXISTENT. When I first joined there was a coffee machine. But since then the machine has broken - not replaced 9 months in, lights have fallen in class rooms and when complaints have been made to the Director he has replied “you come here to study”. Like some Victorian governess. The problem is it’s location, meaning there isn’t a handy coffee place for the breaks. All of t...
