N Group has been running IT business in Thailand since 1989. At that time, under the name “T.N. Nixdorf Computer (Thailand) Ltd.”, a joint venture company between Nixdorf Computer AG, Germany and Thai Sanguan Wanich 2489 Ltd., we started our IT business from being a computer hardware provider. In 1997, the joint venture was restructured as Thai Sanguan Wanich 2489 Ltd. was held 100 percent of all shares in the company and the name was changed to “T.N. Information Systems Ltd.”. Thereafter, we have changed our role to be a Consulting & IT Services Company since then. In 2016, TN Group was restructured again. At this time, we spin off IT service Unit in order to establish a new company under the name “IT Services & Management Ltd.” or "ITSM". We also transfer expert IT people who has experiences on IT services for many years, essential systems and standards from TN Group to ITSM to ensure that ITSM would be able to provid service quality to our customers as usual.
