Excellent one day course introducing me to ISO 9001. Two friendly knowledgeable trainers made the class feel welcome and involved in the days training. You also have the advantage of gaining knowledge from other people on the course. Highly recommended.

Excellent course - instructor was very good at getting the information across simply and easily. The overview at the start was useful in setting the context for where internal audits fit, and the group discussion and team whiteboard sessions were great for showing how the subject matter was relevant to the different businesses we were in. I cannot recommend these training courses enough. I have been on both the ISO Management course and the Internal Auditor Course. I was nervous going in for the very first time but the Team made me feel at ease immediately. We had good fun on both courses although I am not sure if we were slightly too loud with laughing! But I have since passed our audit and cant thank Debbie and the Team enough. x
