I was looking for a school that would prepare me for the IELTS test. Since ISE is only a few minutes from my house, I decided to call them and get more information. Overall I had a great experience. Oliver was very attentive not only while I was booking but also during my stay at the school; I found him to be very efficient at his job. Everything went well for me, the lessons were enjoyable, the staff members were kind and the accomodation arrangement went without a problem.
