Isca Centre

The instructors are helpful and patient. I wish they'd open the gym a bit earlier as opposed to 7:30am. It'll be of great help

My local gym lots of free car parking, smaller than some gyms. Has all the basic equipment and weights.

1st time visiting the isca center as I'm about to start using the gym to help with my health issues, Nice atmosphere,huge indoor bowling green, restaurant and I am looking forward to starting my course next week

Went to Isca for a Petanque competition, great venue although the piste could have been tended better, many weeds one end! The staff within Isca were kind and helpful, they provided breakfast rolls and lunch, there was also iced water laid on all day. A good day was had by all.

This centre is located within and next to the arena playing field.The gym is well equipped. With a fair amount of space. 7 treadmills, couple rowers and a few bikes. Free weights and weight lifting equipment etc. Loads of free parking. There is an attached coffee shop that does freshly made food as well. It also host a large indoor bowling ring. Been here for a few sessions and will join shortly. One membership always access to 7 gyms.
