  • Amazing place with such friendly people. I was a bit nervous about starting a new activity, but Lee talked me through what to expect, and supported me in my first sessions. Everyone who attends is lovely too, and you get a real sense of community from the group. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area to try these guys out!

  • Excellent gym with excellent coach would highly recommend very friendly and a good mix of people.

No egos, no intimidation, everyone is there to learn and help each other. The instructor is competent, passionate about his training and most importantly very patient and friendly. • Martial Arts, this is somthing I've wanted to do for a long time. Never really made the jump, from the very first communication with Lee he was very welcoming, professional and accommodating. The gym is amazing and full of everything you need. The guys and girls that go are also friendly and helpful.

  • Trained with ironworks for 8 years now the new gyms awesome with a great mixture of classes and some excellent people to train with. The gym caters for everything from the novice who just wants to get fit or look at different martial arts to the well progressed. It's both male and females and runs both mixed and individual classes. The instructor lee somerville is very knowledgeable and only to willing to help.
