About Irish Modern Dance Theatre
Join John Scott, Choreographer and Artistic Director of Irish Modern Dance Theatre, in a workshop concerned with creating/finding a choreographic universe. John will integrate dance, stillness, voice, text and singing. The workshop will explore ways to generate movement and performance material. Scott, known for tireless experimentation, focuses on both personal expression and ensemble work, using observation and sense awareness as an inspiration, finding new and old ways of dancing together in a safe space.
