Ipc - Inspire Performance Centre

Play a social game of football here most weeks. Pretty decent surface. Haven't used the gym facilities yet

Just had my first session at IPC. I had a great time, definitely want to go again. Easy to follow instructions, a good atmosphere and definitely got a work out on the wrestling session.

What a fantastic gym IPC is. Great atmosphere and friendly people. Advice and expert knowledge is always on hand if and when you need it from the brilliant coaches and support is always there from the other members. The difference between this gym and other gyms is the fact these guys actually care about your health and wellbeing. I can honestly say this place has changed my life.

My favourite gym in Wrexham. No egos in here and the staff are helpful and friendly. I've trained here for about 4 years and would go anywhere else. They have just got an indoor training pitch that'd amazing. Would definitely recommend this gym to any one.

Best gym in Wrexham. Family run gym, with very disciplined but informal atmosphere. No bodybuilders but plenty of weights and functional exercise equipment. Great MMA classes too and great bunch of people (including the members).
