  • This is a really good stand up Ju Jitsu club run by a charismatic Sensei who draws from a wealth of martial arts experience. The 2 hour professionally structured class goes very quickly as lessons are fast paced and dynamic where you learn a range of useful moves. In the past the club has also organised trips to other Ju Jitsu Seminars abroad. Excellent!

  • My son Brandon has been training here for a few years now (and is now a blue belt) and is throughly enjoying himself, and he has made many new friends. Under the training and supervision of Sensei Mark Hudson Brandon has grown in confidence. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to try out something new, try this. This is not just a club , it's a family.

It is a traditional jujitsu club reflecting the unarmed combat system of the samurai. Training is to a very high standard, both effective and realistic with a no nonsense approach, ensuring you remain safe inside and outside of the Dojo. Sensei Hudson is a recognised international instructor, having over 40 years experience in Jujitsu and many oth...

  • The training at into ju jitsu is excellent  and enables the opportunity to learn many different samurai techniques of which ju jitsu consists of. Sensei mark Hudson always provides a high standard level of training, which is shown by his expertise and knowledge in martial arts from teaching for many years. The lesson is easy to follow and teaches key self defence techniques as well as discipline, and is the perfect class for improving fitness and stamina. I love attending ju jitsu every week,...

  • I have been training with Sensei Hudson for over ten years now and my children have studied here too. This is a friendly, welcoming club with ages ranging from under tens to over sixties and of all abilities, where everyone mixes well and gets on with each other in the dojo, often also becoming friends outside too. The excellent, effective and disciplined training, which is based on the traditional Ju Jitsu practiced by the Samurai, coupled with more contemporary street techniques, allows the...
