Involve

Not impressed with Involve. I was looking forward to doing an Adult Learning course, but the teacher didn't show up. I was told that I would recieve an apology email from the manager of Adult learning, which I never got. This morning, I have just had an email saying 'We are emailing you as within the last year you completed a course with us at Norfolk County Council Adult Learning...' No I haven't! Is that a joke? The teacher didn't show up so I didn't go to the next course. Very disappointed.
