Faiza is fantastic. She installed a new battery for my laptop and more recently helped me with my hard drive, she went through all the different options to remedy the problem explaining in very simple terms what I could do. Thank you so much for all your help.

This is a mixed review based on my experiences. I was delighted to find a laptop shop close by. I went online and saw a good star rating which prompted me to drive down. The woman I spoke to was very nice at the time, reassuring and also provided me with alternative solutions which I was impressed by, seeing as she was the only person who had done this from the various repair shops I had visited prior. Went to Intellot with my Macbook Pro which had liquid damage and was able to get an appointment same day with faiza . Was very helpful and knowledgeable. Whole process of dropping off, getting a quote and repair time was only a week. Overall great service and thanks to faiza my Macbook is all fixed and didn't have to pay Apple an extortionate amount of money for unnecessary work. Would highly recommend! Thanks
