Brilliant exercise class. Very friendly. Very knowledgable. Very effective low stress on the body. Andy is fantastic. I'd recommend Intelligent Exercise to anyone looking to get fit in a supportive environment.
I started going to Intelligent Exercise to get 'body ready' for my wedding 4 years ago and haven't looked back since. I've since been coached for a number of runs and events including a hugely enjoyable Tough Mudder! I love the park group classes and I feel satisfactorily done in after my PT sessions. Recommend!
Known Andy for a number of years. His knowledge of the subject and how the body works is impressive. As is the variety of exercises he has. Whether you want to build, tone or need rehabilitation then he's your man. Oh.. and if you think you're too old or too unfit, you're not. He'll get you moving and improving.
Andy is a great instructor and is helping me work towards a Tough Mudder style challenge. His group classes are fun and effective. Definitely recommend.
